REINEMAN: Family, well, we donÓt rent it to family; the family just goes. But we rent it to <br />friends of the family. <br />HOUSEL: I see, okay. And how often is it rented? <br />REINEMAN: I donÓt have that number in front of me. My mom manages the rental aspect, but <br />in total probably several months out of the year. <br />HOUSEL: And do you advertise it? <br />REINEMAN: Not currently. <br />HOUSEL: In the past you have, though? <br />REINEMAN: I donÓt believe so. But you would have to speak to the person in <br />handles that. She is, I mean she is not a property manager, sheÓs a preschool teacher, but -. <br />HOUSEL: But do you -. <br />REINEMAN: I donÓt have any recollection of ever advertising it. So IÓm quite, IÓm very sure <br />the answer to the question is no, but I donÓt have that officially. <br />HOUSEL: Okay, thank you. Do you have any other comments youÓd like to make as part of our <br />consideration for your standing? <br />REINEMAN: Not in regards to the petition for standing. But I would encourage you to come <br />and visit this area. <br />HOUSEL: Just, we want to make sure we hear all the information, and so if there is any other <br />specifics youÓd like to offer us that you feel that this proposed development may, you know, <br />impact your property, we definitely want to consider it all. <br />REINEMAN: ItÓs all delineated in the written comments. <br />HOUSEL: Okay.
