These were letters that were submitted back in October, and <br />those are letters that we had received, are on file; and it was previously presented to you, <br />I guess, back in 2002. <br />KUBOTA:Okay. This is <br />th <br />34 Street, Pahoa. This is, I guess, itÓs upside down. This would be Highway 130, which <br />is Pahoa, the Keaau-Pahoa Road. So the subject property is right here. Currently, on the <br />property, on the lower portion of the property, there is an existing single-family dwelling. <br />The remainder of the property, which consists of two lots, are vacant. <br />GRAHAM:Thank you. <br />SPRINGER:Any other Commissioners have any questions of staff at this time? <br />Norman, I have a question. On the July 19, 2002 testimony to th <br />Planning Commission by Miya, PaÓu, last name, there are a number of conditions, A, B, <br />C, D, E, that that testifier recommended pursuant to a motion unanimously passed by the <br />Board of Directors of the Orchidland Community Association. Has there been any <br />follow-up on those, that request by the association? <br />HAYASHI:I wasnÓt aware of that correspondence. <br />SPRINGER:Okay.
