TAVARES, JR. (SPP 03-004) Application for a Special Permit to allow the construction of a 2,500-square foot building for the establishment of a towing and auto repair business on 1 within the State Land Use Agricultural District. The property is located along the makai rd side of Uluhe Street (aka 33 Avenue), approximately 1620 feet northeast (Keaau direction) of Makuu Drive, Hawaiian Paradise Park Subdivision, Keaau, Puna, Hawaii, TMK: 1-5-16:148.
