I think, and maybe you can correct me, Mr. Harris, but I <br />think in order, by what they described where the location of the first residential development, itÓs <br />above Road 1A, so 1B would have to be done before they could actually start selling any <br />residential lots -. <br /> <br />HOUSEL: Right. <br /> <br />WATANABE: Is that correct? Pretty accurate? <br /> <br />HARRIS: Actually there is a connection right here into the residential and <br />commercial that could service the first residential. So 1A goes up to the back entrance to the <br />community college, and just gets us to a corner of residential. So it opens up, when we build <br />Road 2 and Road 1A, we have opened up some commercial property and residential property, <br />and thatÓs the intent. <br /> <br />HOUSEL: Okay. <br /> <br />HARRIS: And then Road 2, or Road 1B in going up will just open u <br /> <br />HOUSEL: Right. Well, it almost seemed like you have to do 1B to <br />residential area. <br /> <br />HARRIS: Yeah, if they really get going, we do. <br /> <br />HOUSEL: Right, right, right. Now, is your plan, if this is approved to Î you have <br />demand to build in the Business Park area Î is your plan to do those, build concurrently in the <br />Business Park and the residential? <br /> <br />HARRIS: Yes, sir, absolutely. <br /> <br />HOUSEL: Okay, okay, along with the roadways 1A and 2 at the same <br /> <br />HARRIS: Yes, sir. <br /> <br />HOUSEL: Okay. Is the building for the university, is the plan c <br />the design complete for the building -? <br /> <br />HARRIS: No, itÓs not complete. But it is, after many, many months, the footprint <br />plan, the floor plan and the phasing plan is complete. We have a set here. We have a -. And <br />Chancellor Freitas is here. He and Guy Lam are the key owner reps on the architecture team. <br />And itÓs going to be an energy efficient building. <br /> <br />LAM: Right now, the University is looking to do a LEED Platinum building, <br />which is going to be the only second one in the United States. We had meetings recently with <br />the consultants.
