It would go through some private <br />property. We're in conversation with the property owner of thatoqnodqsxsnrddhesgdxkkk <br />indicate their willingness to participate, because the proposed rezoning is one property <br />removed from that Homestead Road. So we need the cooperation of that property owner in <br />order to make that -. But the Old Government Road actually loops up and does not extend <br />any further to the north, so that would not be able to be used. <br />SPRINGER:Thank you. <br />GALDONES:Commissioner Kubota. <br />KUBOTA:Mr. Hayashi, I assume that you, our office has been in consultation with <br />Mr. Mooers and have already discussed the scenario that he brought forth to us this morning. <br />And do you feel that the conditions, as written now, for this project, covers those options that <br />Mr. Mooers was referring to? <br />HAYASHI:In response to your question as to whether we did, as to whether we <br />consulted with Mr. Mooers, yes, we did.
