Do they come in on the benefits of the improvement or do they have <br />to pay also for their fair share? <br />YUEN:Well, they have legal, they have legal existing lots, and there is no <br />mechanism to impose any kind of requirement on them. They would piggyback, and it would <br />be to their advantage, yes.
