NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC MEETING AND HEARING <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAI`I <br /> LEEWARD AND WINDWARD PLANNING COMMISSIONS <br /> MEETING AGENDA <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following matters to be considered by the Leeward and <br /> Windward Planning Commissions of the County of Hawaii in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Chapters 91 and 92, Hawai`i Revised Statutes, Section 6-7.5(a) of the Charter of the County of <br /> Hawaii, and the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. <br /> The Leeward and Windward Planning Commissions will be conducting this meeting via <br /> interactive conference technology (ICT)pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 92-3.7. <br /> DATE: Friday,June 2,2023 <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> PLACE: Windward Planning Commission Members will be participating via ICT at <br /> the Hawaii County Council Chambers in Hilo,25 Aupuni Street, <br /> Hilo,HI 96720. Members of the public may also attend from this <br /> location. Leeward Planning Commission Members will be participating <br /> via ICT remotely. <br /> How to Submit Oral Testimony: The public has two options to submit oral testimony: <br /> (1): The public can attend the meeting in person at the Hilo Council Chambers to testify in <br /> person; or(2): the public can testify remotely by using Zoom. In order to testify remotely, <br /> using Zoom, the testifier must use the link below to register.
