Approval of Minutes —April 6, 2023 (10:03 AM) <br />Ibarra: The April 6, 2023, meeting minutes were circulated via email on May 2, 2023. <br />There is a note on the correction, on pages 12-13 to Preliminary Hearings Item No. 4, <br />Application No. T22-29, JNB Investment Corporation, dba Barcode Karaoke & Grill, for the <br />Sale and Transfer of the Dispenser General liquor license. The Public Hearing date and <br />location of May 4, 2023, in Hilo was incorrect.
