Kimo Alameda ABSENT & EXCUSED: Lani Bowman <br /> Takashi Domingo Andrew Iwashita <br /> Shelly Ogata Rene’ Siracusa <br /> Alvin Rho <br /> Rodney Watanabe <br /> Rell Woodward <br /> Ivan Torigoe, Deputy Corporation Counsel <br />Christopher Yuen, Planning Director <br />Norman Hayashi, Planning Program Manager <br />Phyllis Fujimoto, Staff Planner <br />Jeff Darrow, Staff Planner <br /> <br />Maija Cottle, Staff Planner <br />Deanne Bugado, Planner, Kona Office <br />And approximately 20 people from the public in attendance. <br />KONA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />Review and action on the draft Kona Community Development Plan (CDP) submitted by the <br />Kona CDP Steering Committee and its consultant, Wilson Okamoto Corporation. <br />WATANABE: We are now on the Agenda Item No. 4; this will be the third reading of the <br />Kona Community Development Plan. May I call on Mr. Melrose and Nancy Pisicchio – I hope I <br />pronounced your last name right. <br />PISICCHIO: Good morning. <br />WATANABE: Okay, why don’t I swear you all in then.
