Okay, it -. <br />YUEN:This problem emerged during the warranty period? <br />NAKAKURA:Yes. <br />YUEN:You never made any claim to, that the machine was not performing <br />as warranted? <br />NAKAKURA:No. Because one thing is it falls within the EPA guidelines. The <br />EPA guidelines doesn’t say it has to be smokeless and odorless. There are certain periods <br />of time when you can have emissions; and, so, we fall within all, with all those <br />guidelines. We just had the EPA, well, actually, the Department of Health come and <br />inspect us last week. The EPA, somebody had called and complained that maybe we <br />should be checked out because they were saying we’re having emissions. And, so, he <br />came and we did pass with flying colors, we exceeded what he expected or what the <br />expectations are. <br />YUEN:Should we re-examine your permit? <br />NAKAKURA:If necessary, if necessary. I would say no. I think we fall within <br />the guidelines for EPA. We’re in an area that is the right place for one. There’s no <br />residences within, definitely not within 650 feet, but -. <br />YUEN:But you’re getting ash on your own car on a regular basis and you <br />don’t mind that? <br />NAKAKURA:You get used to it, Mr. Yuen, you get used to it. <br />WATANABE:Mr. Iwashita? <br />IWASHITA:Thank you, Mr. Chair. What I’m gleaning from your testimony, <br />Mr. Nakakura, and correct me if I say something that is not, maybe if I’m expressing <br />something that is not accurate. My impression is that your, well, let me ask you a <br />preliminary question first. Is your retort similar or going to be the same as the one that A <br />Hui Hou wants to put in?
