Now, I realize that based on the couple of letters that we received and additional letters we <br />received this morning, that there are some concerns that the surrounding property owners have. <br />And so we would like to, rather than second-guess what their concerns are, we’d like to have <br />them restate them and be given an opportunity to respond. I think that some of the concerns, we <br />can mitigate; others, you know, obviously we cannot. But we’ll try our best, so -. <br />HOUSEL: Okay, thank you. Commissioners, do you have any questions of the applicant? I just <br />want to double-check you did receive all the background information regarding this project. <br />FUKE: Yes. The staff’s background report and the proposed recommendations were received <br />by the applicant, and they found all of the conditions to be acceptable. We’d like to discuss a <br />little bit more about the concurrency requirement, particularly in light of what Dr. Sugai had to <br />say today. <br />HOUSEL: And you are okay with the changes to the conditions at this time? <br />FUKE: Well, as I mentioned earlier, we’d like to have some discussion on that in light of what <br />Dr. Sugai mentioned today. <br />HOUSEL: Commissioners, are you willing to hear our testifiers and then bring the applicant <br />back?
