K. Leopoldino, <br />Director, Department of Human Resources, notifying the Board of his resignation <br />from his position as the Director of Human Resources, effective close of business on <br />Friday, June 30, 2023. <br />o Discussion concerning recognition of Director of Human Resources <br />Waylen L. K. Leopoldino dedicated service to the County of Hawaii. <br />o Confirmation of the appointment of Deputy Director of Human Resources <br />Danny B. Patel, as the Acting Director of the Department of Human <br />Resources, pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statues, Section 76-76, effective <br />July 1, 2023. <br />
