Additionally he has been in compliance with all the requirements necessary <br /> to the County of Hawaii during all phases of the creation of Lolia Subdivision and will <br /> continue to do so in this proposed next phase. <br /> I can think of no better person to continue to improve the land. His dedication to growing <br /> excellent food-bearing trees and gardens is unmatched.
