Commissioner Henkel <br /> motioned to accept the Chair's decision to decline the investigation. The complaint <br /> was not filed within the 90-day period of the incident and the complainant does not <br /> allege an element of misconduct. Commissioner Mattos seconded, with no <br /> discussion, and it carried unanimously. <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> Chair Kosaki announced the commission's next monthly meeting is scheduled for June <br /> 22, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., at the West Hawaii Civic Center, Building A, Council Chambers, <br /> 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Kailua-Kona, HI. <br /> Commissioner Magsalin asked if there was a deadline for them to submit their chief's <br /> evaluation.
