the applicant will be required to maintain valid water commitments for the proposed <br /> subdivision as well as remit facilities charge payments and submit documents conveying <br /> the improvements and necessary easements to the Water Board of the County of Hawaii. <br /> 26. Wastewater: As there is no municipal sewer system in the area, the applicant states that <br /> wastewater will be disposed of via individual wastewater systems, meeting the <br /> requirements of the State Department of Health (DOH). According to the DOH <br /> Wastewater Branch, there are no objections to the proposed State Land Use Boundary <br /> Amendment or the Changes of Zone, provided that all existing and proposed buildings <br /> and wastewater systems conform with the applicable provisions of the Hawaii <br /> Administrative Rules, Chapter 11-62, "Wastewater Systems." <br /> 27. Solid Waste: There are no municipal waste collection services in the County. All solid <br /> waste generated by the development will require private disposal at an approved transfer <br /> station or landfill. <br /> 28. Essential Utilities and Services: All essential utilities are available to the property.
