PL-KVD-2023-000037: The applicants, Jonathan Aninag of ProDesign Inc. and Kristopher R. Speegle, building and business owner, are requesting design review for two new non-illuminated wall signs for an existing building located at TMK 7-5-004:049, off Hualalai Road. The new wall signs will read “Allstate”. The Logo and Letters will be 1/4-inch aluminum with White Satin finish with Translucent Sultan Blue Vinyl. Aluminum studs welded to back side for mounting. The maximum letter height is 15-inches, with logo height of 2-feet 1-7/8 -inches and the area of each sign is approximately 19.06 square feet.
