Hearing Officer give the findings of facts and conclusions of law in her report. I would <br />like to ask the parties on the table if they have submitted exceptions to her report. <br />Ms. Roy, was there an exception to the report that she had submitted? <br />M. ROY:Chairman Galdones, we have not submitted in writing our <br />objections. We would like to testify today to this body. <br />GALDONES:You will be providing oral arguments to the report? <br />M. ROY:Correct. <br />GALDONES:Mr. Krueger? <br />KRUEGER:Same for me. <br />GALDONES:Mr. Tsukazaki, we have received your exceptions. Would <br />be considered as your request for oral argument? <br />TSUKAZAKI:Yes, Mr. Chairman. <br />GALDONES:And, Mr. Arai, you have received the Planning DirectorÓs Support <br />of the Hearing Officer? <br />ARAI:That is correct. <br />GALDONES:Okay.
