NISHIMURA:It’s sloping downward in from, this is down and this up. <br />RHO:So as you go from the bottom of that map to the top past his property, <br />you’re looking, you’re going down and you’re clearing some trees out so that you can actually <br />see a little bit further ahead into the driveway so that you won’t actually hit a car coming out or <br />truck coming out? <br />NISHIMURA:Well, it’s more so that these vehicles leaving this property can see the <br />vehicles that are coming down. <br />RHO:Yeah, okay. So, my question is whether or not by cutting those trees <br />down, if you’re on the road going down into the curve, whether you can actually see into his <br />property and see the trucks? <br />NISHIMURA:No. Because the front part of the property is where his dwelling is and the <br />front, what you would be able to see -. <br />RHO:Is much higher than the back? <br />NISHIMURA:What you would be able to see is his front yard which is planted in a lawn, <br />and his house. The trucks are on the rear portion of the property back here. <br />RHO:And then according to this Director’s report, I guess it’s called a <br />Recommendation, there are a total of 26 vehicles on that two-acre or less, actually it’s <br />1.9 acres, right? <br />NISHIMURA:That’s correct. <br />RHO:So I’m trying to think what that actually looks like if I parked the cars or <br />the trucks side-by-side on two acres; and actually it’s parked on less than two acres because they <br />all park in the back. Yes? <br />NISHIMURA:Yeah, they’re contained in this area back here. And to answer your <br />previous question about, I don’t know if that was a question, but about the drainage and the <br />culvert. The culvert is situated over here because there is water that comes through his property. <br />And when he acquired the property, this area was basically, you know, a muddy area that would <br />not be usable. And he leveled this area off and compacted it with cinder, and the culvert allows <br />the driveway to cross and get into the flat area where the vehicles are. <br />RHO:And my last question, you have this tree trimming business.
