Did you want to comment on the possible <br />comparison between population increase impacts on Manono Street traffic and <br />Mr. Deloziers proposal? <br />LOEFFLER:I absolutely want to address the traffic thing how you mentioned, <br />its going to happen. But things that happen are not always as you see it. There are things <br />that are going on in this community and this town that you people are not aware of. And <br />this traffic you talk about and that Im speaking out coming up pretty soon on decisions is <br />aresultofthefactthattherewasaneasementfromKomohanaallthewaydownto-. <br />SIRACUSA:Yeah,youexpressedthatalready. <br />LOEFFLER:Itoldyouthatlastyear;andasaresultofpoliticstheygrantedthe <br />zoning, permits to build buildings on the side that there was the easement. As a result of <br />that political maneuvering and fixing up, so to speak, I may have to pay the price for the <br />traffic down the line. So -. <br />SIRACUSA:Yeah, but youre not answering my question. <br />LOEFFLER:Whats the question? <br />SIRACUSA:My question was if you wanted to make any comments regarding <br />the affects of population increase on increased traffic on Manono compared to this <br />proposed development impacting the traffic on Manono. <br />LOEFFLER:Okay. The traffic on Manono and the traffic of the increase in <br />population are related to the traffic coming from Komohana, because they all bottleneck <br />into the same place. <br />SIRACUSA:Excuse me, people come from Puna too and travel along Manono <br />Street, I do. <br />LOEFFLER:Well, thats true.
