Hawaii Police Commission <br /> Meeting Agenda <br /> July 21, 2023 <br /> Page 3 <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> The next regular meeting is scheduled for Friday, August 11, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at the <br /> County Building, Council Chambers, Suite 1401, 25 Aupuni St., Hilo, Hawaii. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Submitting Written Testimonv: Written testimony may be submitted via email at <br /> Charisse.Correa@hawaiicounty.gov, by mail, or in person to the Police Commission's office at <br /> 101 Pauahi Street, Suite 9, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. Written testimony must be received by 12:00 <br /> noon, two business days before the meeting to ensure timely delivery to the Commission. <br /> Oral Testimonv: Testimony must be related to an item on the agenda. The Commission will <br /> hear public testimony at the beginning of the meeting or when the respective agenda item is <br /> called or as allowed at the sole discretion of the Chair. Testifiers will be limited to five (5) <br /> minutes, please plan accordingly. <br /> Special Assistance: This meeting place is accessible to persons with disabilities. If you need <br /> an auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a disability, contact the commission's <br /> secretary by phone at (808) 932-2950 or by email at Charisse.Correa@hawaiicounty.gov, at <br /> least three days before the meeting. If a late response is received, we will try to obtain the <br /> auxiliary aid/service or accommodation, but we cannot guarantee that the request will be <br /> fulfilled.
