Kona Acquisitions, LLC, Special Management Area Use <br />Permit, SMA 06-00013, be approved based on the Director’s Recommendations. <br />ALAMEDA:Thank you. And it was seconded by Commissioner Galdones, correct? <br />GALDONES:Yes. But, Commissioner Watanabe, that is with the understanding that <br />Condition No. 3 is amended to include the word “and resubdivided?“ <br />WATANABE:Oh, that’s correct, yeah, “and resubdivided,” right. <br />ALAMEDA:Okay. Discussion? Commissioner Iwashita? <br />IWASHITA:I guess I would suggest, given the concerns about the cost of what I was <br />suggesting and the viability of it, I would like to have the matter continued to get more <br />information and have a full record in order to properly consider whether it would be reasonable <br />to impose that condition. <br />ALAMEDA:Would you like to stick that in the motion? <br />WATANABE:You got a motion on the table. The only other thing -. <br />ALAMEDA:The amendment or -? How could we adjust that? <br />WATANABE:The only other thing you could do is basically ask for us to reconsider. <br />IWASHITA:No, I could move -. I don’t want to make an unnecessary vote.
