Placing another building on the main highway far out of the town center does not serve. Currently the last time I tried to walk from near this location in to town the barely existent sidewalk was flooded with a river. This building will not increase Waimea's beauty but rather cause traffic problems, and even worse continue Turing this area into what could be lovely farms and homes into more industrial zone. It's important to carefully plan for Waimea's future so as not to ruin it. In addition it appears that there is a stream that runs through here. Please make sure to recognize the importance of protecting clean waterways, even seasonal was. It's a shame the way the back of KTA shopping center sits right on the river. Th stream could have been protected with space and an area to sit and picnic. Thank you for your consideration.
