WATANABE: It sounds to me like, yes, we do have time within the 120 days but <br />we wouldn’t be able to agendize it, so we would be outside the 120 days; therefore, it may be <br />appropriate to send it directly up to the Council from this point, especially since we’ve already <br />decided on sending a negative recommendation on their proposal.
