And our fourth application for intervenor status <br />in this matter is by Robert Batinovich. His address is on North Kaniku Drive, Kamuela; so <br />North Kaniku Drive would be the road in front of the parcel, I believe.And the letter we have <br />from the Planning Department, we know that the $100 filing fee and notary were not included in <br />the petition. And we have Mr. Batinovich’s letter to the Planning Commission. Do I have any <br />of the Commissioners who would care to make a motion on whether we grant standing? <br />WATANABE: Is he present, or -? <br />GRAHAM: No, he is not present. We’ve called for him before. <br />WATANABE: Oh, okay. <br />GRAHAM: Commissioner Watanabe? <br />WATANABE: I move that we deny standing for Robert Batinovich due to <br />improper filing. <br />ALAMEDA: Second. <br />GRAHAM: And seconded by Commissioner Alameda, that we deny standing. <br />Do any of the folks who are currently granted standing as intervenors have anything further to <br />say on this matter?
