This is a continued hearing on the <br />Geothermal Asset Fund Claim in the amount of $27,494 to compensate for loss of income from <br />an orchard and nurseryoperation due to geothermal activity in that area. Norman. <br />HAYASHI: Thank you, Mr. Chair. As the Commissioners will recall, at the last <br />meeting there was a motion to approve a claim of approximately $27,000. That motion did not <br />pass, the vote was two to four. As a result, the Commission voted to continue this application or <br />this request to this meeting.
