The applicant shall comply with Hawaii Administrative Rules, Department of <br /> Health, Chapter 11-50 (Food Safety Code) related to food service for bed and <br /> breakfast establishments. <br /> 7. The Applicant shall comply with all applicable County, State and Federal laws, <br /> rules, regulations, and requirements. <br /> 8.
