CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER — Clyde Silva, Committee Vice Chair called the <br />meeting to order at 10:09 a.m. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE DECEMBER 16, 2022 MEETING — Clyde Silva, <br />Committee Vice Chair motion to approve the Minutes of the meeting. Motion to <br />accept the minutes by Lisa McNamarra, and seconded by Marsha Okajima. <br />Unanimously approved. <br />5. COMMENTS FROM THE COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR — Clyde Silva <br />- Election of Committee Chair postponed election of Committee Chair. <br />An Area Agency on Aging <br />Hainai'i County is an equal opporfuniryprovider and employer. <br />
