Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br /> County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended) is amended to change the district classification of <br /> property described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Hilo, Hawaii, shall be <br /> Limited Industrial—20,000 square feet(ML-20): <br /> Beginning at the west corner of this parcel of land and on the south side of <br /> Kalaniana`ole Street, 70 feet wide, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br /> Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALM" being 2,417.25 feet north and <br /> 11,808.10 feet east as shown on Government Survey Registered Map 2537, and running <br /> by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br /> 1. 2360 02' 48" 153.38 feet along the south side of <br /> Kalaniana`ole St.; <br /> 2. 3440 30' 00" 5.82 feet along Grant 5512 to John T. <br /> Brown; <br /> 3. 480 09' 00" 120.00 feet along same; <br /> 4. 900 00' 00" 39.40 feet along same to the point of <br /> beginning and containing an area of <br /> 2,001 square feet, more or less. <br /> -1- <br />
