APPLICANTS REQUEST <br />• Requesting a Change of Zone from Resort -Hotel 750 square feet (sf) (V-.75) to <br />Limited -Industrial zo,000 sf (ML-zo) to allow for the development of a new car <br />dealership (Aloha Kia). <br />• Convert existing commercial building to accommodate showroom, sales office, and <br />parts dept. — a zzo sf addition will be included to support additional offices and <br />lounge. <br />• Construct a new 6,770 sf building to house eight (8) service bays and detailing area. <br />• Create i35 parking stalls for customers, employees, and inventory. <br />• Additional work includes landscaping, paving, and ingress/egress improvements. <br />• County Sewer and Water is provided. <br />
