Executive Session (Closed to the public) <br />With reference to agenda items listed, one or more executive meetings are <br />anticipated. In particular, the Board may consult with the Board's attorney on <br />questions and issues pertaining to the Board's powers, duties, privileges, <br />immunities, and liabilities pursuant to HRS 92-5(a)(4). A 2/3 vote of the members <br />present pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive meeting. <br />VI. Announcements <br />The next meeting of the County of Hawaii Board of Review will be held on <br />Wednesday, October 4, 2023, 9:00 a.m. at the Community Hale (Bldg G), West <br />Hawaii Civic Center, located at 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Hwy, Kailua Kona, <br />Hawaii 96740. <br />VII. Adjournment <br />Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable <br />®modification, or language interpretation to access the meeting, please <br />contact the Real Property Tax Division at 961-8764 as soon as <br />possible, but no later than five (5) working days prior to meeting to <br />arrange for accommodations. "Other reasonable modification" refers to <br />communication methods or devices for people with disabilities who are <br />mentally and/or physically challenged. <br />SUBMITTING WRITTEN TESTIMONY. The Board encourages the public to submit <br />thoughts, comments, and input via written testimony. To ensure timely delivery to <br />Board Members prior to the meeting, written testimony must be submitted before 12:00 <br />noon on the business day prior to the meeting by: (1) email to <br />cohrpt@hawaiioounty.gov, (2) facsimile to (808) 961-8415, or (3) mail to the Real <br />Property Tax Division, 101 Pauahi Street, Suite 4, Hilo Hawaii 96720.
