Section 18-91. Fees The mass transit agency may charge a $5.00 replacement fee for <br /> Hele-On ID cards that are lost, stolen, or mutilated. Establishment of paratransit service. <br /> (a) The mass transit agency shall provide a paratransit service to complement the <br /> fixed route services operated by the County.
