The subject property is located at <br /> 1212 West Kawailani Street,between Puhau Street and Makani Circle in Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> Hawaii. <br /> If approved,the applicant intends to subdivide the parcel into two (2) lots in order to retain and <br /> continue living on the front 0.5 acres and sell the remainder. <br /> This electronic transmittal includes a) the application form; b) a letter of authorization allowing <br /> our office to file the application on the landowner's behalf, c) departmental questionnaire; d) a <br /> metes and bounds description of the property; e) a list of surrounding property owners within one <br /> thousand (300) feet of the subject parcel; and f)the background& environmental report,which <br /> includes the location and proposed subdivision.
