It is 10:00 on June 22nd, 2023, the regular meeting <br />of the Merit Appeals Board is called to order. We have quorum with all five Board members <br />present. <br />I'm Gabriella Cabanas, Chair of the Merit Appeals Board. Along with me is Gay Mathews, <br />sitting in via ZOOM. She is our Vice -Chair. Good morning, Gay. Can you hear me, Gay? I <br />don't think she can hear me. Okay. Glynis is going to call her. <br />MS. MATHEWS: Hello. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Hi, good morning, Gay. Can you hear me? <br />MS. MATHEWS: Not very well. Let me crank up the sound on my end. Hold on. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay. <br />MS.
