Let the record reflect that Mr. Kunz is absent and excused from today's <br />meeting. <br />MR. WISEMAN: Madam Chair, also we need to amend the motion. It's the motion is <br />actually, you are signing the stipulation with (inaudible) motion. It's not just today, it's <br />CHR. CABANAS: Yes, that's correct. My apology. So, it should also be the motion is to allow <br />me to have my electronic signature approving—so ordered that they will move forward with <br />the mediation between the two parties.
