CABANAS: And "No Statements from the Public" on the agenda items. <br />August 30, 2023 <br />At this time, because Mr. Wiseman has given us notice that he has to leave a little earlier from <br />the meeting, I'd like to request the Board's consideration to take out of order, from the agenda, <br />and start with Number 7, the "Unfinished Business" the selection process concerning filling the <br />position for a new director of human resources. And once we do that, then go to Number 5 <br />communication from the Salary Commission Chair. <br />So, I'd like to entertain a motion to take out of order, starting with Number 7, and then going on <br />to Number 5. <br />MR.
