CABANAS: According to our secretary -reporter, we have no "Statements from the <br />Public" on any of the agenda items. <br />Approval of Minutes (Item 4) <br />August 30, 2022; March 24, 2023 <br />CHR. CABANAS: We are now on Number 4, "Approval of Minutes." Has everyone had the <br />opportunity to review the minutes for August 30, 2022? And they are nodding their heads that <br />they have. So, let the record reflect that. <br />Has everyone reviewed the minutes for March 24, 2023? And they're nodding that they have. <br />So, may I have a motion to approve the minutes for both of these meetings—August 30'', <br />2022—and let the record reflect that Mr. Wiseman was not on the Board at that time but he can <br />still vote on the meeting minutes.
