I thought earlier the Board actually came to <br />consensus but you mentioned earlier in your testimony about a vote, the Board voted or they had <br />come to consensus? If they voted I wanted to know do you know if it was a majority or was <br />split? <br />MATLAGE: It was a majority vote, one abstention, two four, five against. <br />ALAMEDA: Okay. Thank you, sir. <br />WOODWARD: Any other questions? All right, thank you. You may be seated. Thank <br />th <br />you for your testimony. I just want to be sure, most of us were here for the July 10 meeting and <br />I think just Commissioners Housel and Bowman were not. Have you both had time to review the <br />information from that meeting, and the Director’s recommendation and background information? <br />HOUSEL: Yes. <br />BOWMAN: Yes. <br />WOODWARD: Very good. All right, now I believe the next step -. I’ll leave this to <br />Mr. Torigoe. What’s next? <br />TORIGOE: Well, we do have a draft transcript of the hearing. You’d probably want to <br />make sure if you’ve got corrections to that and accept it if it’s appropriate. <br />WOODWARD: I’ve read it and I’m sure everybody else has. Does anybody have any <br />corrections to that draft? <br />NOMURA: Mr. Chairman? <br />WOODWARD: Sharon. <br />NOMURA: It’s on page 4, the second paragraph, it was Chairman Watanabe who <br />spoke, so if you’d make that correction.
