Kimo Alameda (left at 4:00 p.m.) <br />Lani Bowman <br />Takashi Domingo <br />Frederic Housel <br />Andrew Iwashita <br />Shelly Ogata <br /> <br />Ivan Torigoe, Deputy Corporation Counsel <br />Christopher Yuen, Planning Director <br />Norman Hayashi, Staff Planner <br />Phyllis Fujimoto, Staff Planner <br />L`hi`Bnsskd+Rs`eeOk`mmdq <br /> And approximately 10 people from the public in attendance <br />NORTH KOHALA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />Review and action on the draft North Kohala Community Development Plan (CDP) <br />submitted by the North Kohala CDP Steering Committee and its consultant, Townscape, <br />Inc. <br />WOODWARD: Let’s go with the North Kohala Plan first so we can take a vote. <br />And we have Allen Salavea with the Planning Department, he has done a fine job here. <br />SALAVEA: Thank you. <br />WOODWARD: We don’t have anybody signed up to testify. So if you want to <br />make a presentation, then go for it. <br />SALAVEA: Do we need to get sworn in? <br />WOODWARD: Sure, why not.
