DOMINGO: So then what youÓre saying is the Planning Director changed the LUPAG <br />Map from Open to Alternate Urban Expansion near the Harbor? <br /> <br />COTTLE: Yes. <br /> <br />DOMINGO: Yeah, but that, south of that itÓs still Open? <br /> <br />COTTLE: South of the -? <br /> <br />DOMINGO: This particular area that weÓre considering today. <br /> <br />COTTLE: The amendment area, actually south of that area is Urban <br /> <br />DOMINGO: I thought I saw in the map that the bottom part of that portion was in green <br />also. <br /> <br />COTTLE: Okay, that was probably -. <br /> <br />DOMINGO: Yeah, that part -. <br /> <br />COTTLE: This is the County Zoning Map. <br /> <br />DOMINGO: Okay, so that is the County zoning. <br /> <br />COTTLE: Yes. <br /> <br />DOMINGO: So from the perspective of County zoning, that being left Open then will <br />not provide for any more expansion of Urban or Resort kind of operations, uses? <br /> <br />COTTLE: That would be true, unless the landowner came in for a change of zoning. <br /> <br />DOMINGO: Yes. And that needs to be further deliberated by the Planning <br />Commission and the Council? <br /> <br />COTTLE: ThatÓs correct. <br /> <br />DOMINGO: Okay.
