State Land Use District Boundary Amendment from Agricultural to Urban for 14.437 <br />acres of land. <br />b. Change of Zone from Agricultural 5-acre (A-5a) to Single-Family Residential 10,000 <br />square feet (RS-10) for 14.437 acres of land. <br />The property is located approximately 1,400 feet mauka of the HawaiÒi Belt Road/Queen <br />KaÒahumanu Highway and 1,100 feet makai of Hienaloli Road, adjacent to and north of the <br />nd <br />Pualani Estates Subdivision, Kahului 2, North Kona, HawaiÒi, TMK: 7-5-17: 42. <br /> <br />WATANABE: Agenda Item No. 2 is a State Land Use, yeah, a request for State Land Use <br />change and rezoning.
