EXECUTIVE SESSION (CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC) The commission will meet in executive session to consider charges against officers or employees of the police department, where matters affecting privacy will be involved; to consider sensitive matters related to public safety, and may consult with the board's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities pursuant to HRS 92-5 (a)(2)(4)(6) and the Hawaii County Charter Section 13-20 (b). CONSIDERATION AND INVESTIGATION OF COMPLAINTS (Briefly summarized) • HPC 23-32: Complainant alleges the officer did not file her violation of TRO report against her neighbor. • HPC 23-34: Complainant alleges the officer used harsh and profane language and the rank on duty failed to call him regarding his concerns. • HPC 23-35: Complainant alleges she was wrongfully arrested after being involved in a traffic accident.
