The property is <br />located along the west (makai) side of the Mamalahoa Highway (Highway 11), approximately <br />th <br />120 feet south of the Kaohe Road-Mamalahoa Highway intersection, Kaohe 5, South Kona, <br />Hawaii, TMK: 8-7-9: 14. <br />GRAHAM: The first agenda item under Unfinished Business is a Special Permit <br />application. The applicant is Daniel Ibbetson. It’s an application to operate a 2-unit bed and <br />breakfast establishment on 0.7 acre of land within the State Land Use Agricultural district. The <br />property is located along the makai side of Mamalahoa Highway, approximately 120 feet south <br />th <br />of the Kaohe Road-Mamalahoa Highway intersection in Kaohe 5, South Kona, Hawaii. This is <br />a long-standing agenda item, which landed before the Commission before as a contested case, <br />also went to the court.
