FUKE:If an applicant were to come in with generally the similar circumstance, maybe about a 20-acre area, and come in for maybe a 13 or 14-acre urban reclassification, would that person then be saddled with the same type of Land Use Commission restriction, LUC restriction, on the application? YUEN:I think if it looked like there was a potential that this w thatÓs being segmented, I donÓt know that we can always say that we would do that, but itÓs, in similar circumstances we elect similarly.
