DELUZ AUTO BODY REPAIR (SPP 06-000034) <br />Special Permit to allow the establishment of an automotive body repair shop and accessory uses <br />on 6,500 square feet of land situated within the State Land Use Agricultural District. The area <br />under consideration is located along the south side of Mamalahoa Highway, across from <br />st <br />Kakanihia Road, Puukapu Homesteads 1 Series, Waimea, South Kohala, Hawaii, TMK: 6-4-1: <br />portion of 4. <br />ALAMEDA:We’re at Agenda Item No. 3, Jason Deluz dba as J. Deluz Auto Body <br />Repair. Staff? <br />DARROW:Thank you, Mr. Chairman. If I could direct your attention to the location <br />map up on the board, the area of this application is within the South Kohala district of Hawaii, <br />more specifically we’re looking at Waimea. Just for reference, we’re looking, as you’re moving <br />in an east-west direction, this would be the Hamakua boundary, the old Mamalahoa Highway. <br />We have Lakeland Subdivision as you’re coming from Hamakua into Waimea area. We have <br />subdivisions on the right side. We have the Hawaiian Home Lands and the Mokuloa Subdivision <br />in this area, and on the mauka side of the road identified in green is the area of this application. <br />You might have seen a sign on the side of the road that states Deluz Auto Body Repair. <br />EXHIBIT C <br />1 <br /> <br />
