To ensure timely delivery to <br />members prior to the meeting, written testimony must be submitted no later than 12:00 noon on <br />Thursday, November 9, 2023, by (1) fax to (808) 961-8248; or (2) mail: PONC Commission in <br />Hilo at 25 Aupuni Street, Suite 1101, Hilo, Hawai'i, 96720, or by (3) email: <br />ponctestimony@hawaiicounty.gov; <br />Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, or other accommodation due to a disability, <br />please contact Maxine Cutler at (808) 961-8069 and/or ponctestimony@hawaiicounty.gov as <br />soon as possible. If a request is received later than five working days prior to the meeting date, <br />we will try to obtain the auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation, but we cannot guarantee <br />that the request will be fulfilled. <br />County of Hawaii is an Equal Opportunity Provider and employer. <br />
