Executive session convened at 12.16 p.m. <br /> Motion to reconvene open session was made by Vice Chair Wolf, seconded by <br /> Commissioner Luke, with no discussion, and it carried unanimously, open session <br /> reconvened at 12.55 p.m. <br /> SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> DCC Salas-Ferguson advised the commission that there's a new law that came into <br /> effect in July. Any discussion or final action taken by a board or commission in an <br /> executive session shall be reported to the public when the commission reconvenes <br /> open session.
