So what do we do, the same thing -? <br />YUEN:I suggest go on and take a vote on the petition for standin <br />where that comes out. <br />KUBOTA:Petition for standing? <br />YUEN:ThatÓs what you have on the agenda. <br />FUJIKAWA:Yeah. <br />VITOUSEK:Yeah, I think, Mr. Yuen is right. I think, you know, thereÓs a <br />Petition for Standing that was filed; and the Commission has to vote on whether or not to <br />accept it or deny it, the application. And we filed the Motion to Dismiss it which, I <br />guess, didnÓt, you know, itÓs kanalua -. <br />FUJIKAWA:Right. So we have a motion for -. <br />VITOUSEK:But the Commission still have to decide whether or not <br />deny the Petition for Standing. <br />FUJIKAWA:Right. <br />YUEN:And the Commissioners can vote whichever way they want on <br />whether to grant or deny the Petition for Standing, based on perhaps even the same <br />reasons that were discussed on the Motion to Dismiss. <br />FUJIKAWA:Okay.
