GONZALEZ:Okay, I think rather than crafting a condition today and trying to fit this <br />through, the continuance would be a more practical approach. I think, there are no promises <br />being made to either party. Is that clear? Or that has been made clear, it’s being made clear right <br />now. <br />The Commission is just deferring the matter so that they can get more information to make a <br />more informed decision and also to give the parties an opportunity to clarify their legal positions <br />and possibly resolve this matter. Because if it’s resolved between the parties before it comes <br />back to the Commission then the Commission doesn’t have to intercede on that matter. <br />LIM:Thank you very much for that clarification. <br />WOODWARD:All right.
