Oh, I also might add that there <br />` <br />a public access proposed to this project. The public access will start from Queen Kaahumanu <br />Highway, and at this portion, at this location there is a gate. There would be -, the public <br />access would be, vehicular access would be routed toward the north in this general <br />configuration, coming towards the north property line. There would be some public parking <br />areas here, and the access would also be extended toward the middle portion of the property. <br />There was a petition for standing that was submitted by Kohanaiki Business Partners for -, to <br />be a party in a contested case hearing. However, that request was withdrawn this morning. <br />We received a notice that, from the attorney, R. Ben Tsukazaki, indicating that Kohanaiki <br />Business Partners has withdrawn its request for a petition for intervention.
