Ms. Siracusa? <br />SIRACUSA:InthematteroftheEnvisionDowntownHilo2025,acommunitybased <br />vision and living action plan for Downtown Hilo which was prepared by the Friends of <br />Downtown Hilo Steering Committee, I move that we send a favorable recommendation to the <br />Hawaii County Council and that that recommendation will include the understanding that a <br />publishable version of the plan shall not include any substantive changes but only minor changes <br />to make the presentation more readable. <br />IWASHITA:Second. <br />GALDONES:It has been moved by Commissioner Siracusa and seconded by <br />Commissioner Iwashita that the Friends of Downtown Hilo Steering Commission <br />EnVision <br /> be <br />Downtown Hilo 2025, a Community-Based Vision and Living Action Plan for Downtown Hilo <br />given a favorable recommendation and be forwarded to the County Council with the <br />understanding so stated.
